Counties and community members are working tirelessly to protect their communities from dangerous CO2 pipelines. Bruce Rastetter is trying to stifle our voices and bully regulators into approving his greenwashing scheme.

Rastetter's Summit Carbon Solutions is arguing that county ordinances to protect communities from pipelines and eminent domain abuse passed in places like Shelby and Story counties are preempting the federal government.

In other words, Bruce Rastetter is trying to take away local control.

Join us at the next Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13 to rise up against these corporate pipeline profiteers. We'll meet at the CCI office in Des Moines at 8am for a quick prep session before heading to the IUB's monthly meeting.
