CO2 pipelines have been proposed in Iowa for a year now. Thousands of Iowans including landowners, farmers, climate fighters, and folks concerned about the health and safety of their communities have come together to protect Iowa from pipelines proposed by Summit, Navigator, and Wolf/ADM.
People in counties across Iowa have been building up defense on the local scale for the last few months. Together we have learned that local strategy wins. Organizing people within our counties has built a strong force, and we’re just getting started.
We are coming together to get clear on how we can effectively come together and build a powerful voice. We will also be celebrating what we have already accomplished in several counties.
