It's time to go to the movies! CCI presents: Films for a Livable Future. 

We're excited to announce our pairing with Working Films to bring four screenings to Scott County this summer and fall. We'll be watching films about housing, access to healthy food, clean water, air, and environmental justice. 

Together we'll learn more about these issues, meet neighbors, build community, and plug into ways to take action here in Iowa.

Here’s what we’ll have on the big screen: 

  • July 22nd (Housing) A Decent Home → Scott County Park 7-9PM

  • August 24 (Access to Healthy Food) The Biggest Little Farm→ West Lake Park 7-9PM 

  • September 28 (Clean Water and Air) The Right to Harm→ Scott County Park 7-9PM 

  • October 12 (Environmental Justice) The Lorax→ DeWitt Community Library 6-8PM
