Stand with landowners as Bakken condemnation hearings begin

What are condemnation hearings? These county level hearings decide how much Dakota Access (DA) must pay for each particular parcel of land. DA makes their case. Landowners make theirs. Each side can appeal the decision to a jury. This process doesn’t challenge the legality of eminent domain, but appeals can slow down the process, and a powerful show of support at these hearings can keep this issue hot in the press to show that whenever possible we will fight and fight hard .Stand in solidarity with landowners this #SummerofResistance

Civil disobedience planned Over 250 Pipeline fighters have taken the pledge to "take" an arrest at an agreed upon time and place, and hundreds more have pledged to support their efforts. Interested?
